The RSPS server I can only dream of(suggestions & ideas)

I have always dreamed of a Runescape where you can indefinitely make yourself stronger, more capable and more in-demand in the market. Here is the idea:
  1. The base of the game is a remake of Runescape
  2. Infinite prestige for every skill.
  3. 5x Experience for all skills, same for every player.
  4. Scaling instances of bosses by the prestiged combat level
  5. No P2W

There are two things that are unclear for this server idea; prestige & scaling instances, so I will describe them.

#1 Infinite prestige for all skills
  1. Melee stats: HP, Str, Att, Def will simply be 1.1x every prestige
  2. Magic: The stat itself will be 1.1x more, also 10% chance to reduce cast by 1 rune. Add 1 rune or % chance every prestige
  3. Ranging: The stat itself will be 1.1x more.
  4. Prayer: Overall prayer will be 1.1x more.
  5. Summoning: Will provide familiars/pouches with 1.1x stats and +1 inventory slot for pack animals
  6. Herblore: All potion boosts will be 1.1x more(Tradable)
  7. Smithing: All item stats will be 1.1x more
  8. Hunter: Perhaps create a need for 1.3x+ ingredients to require 1.1x hunter items and 1.4x to require 1.2x etc.
  9. Mining: Perhaps create a need for 1.3x+ ingredients to require 1.1x mining items and 1.4x to require 1.2x etc.
  10. Woodcutting: Perhaps create a need for 1.3x+ ingredients to require 1.1x woodcutting items and 1.4x to require 1.2x etc.
  11. FIshing: Perhaps create a need for 1.3x+ ingredients to require 1.1x fishing items and 1.4x to require 1.2x etc.
  12. Farming: Perhaps create a need for 1.3x+ ingredients to require 1.1x farming items and 1.4x to require 1.2x etc.
  13. Crafting: Creates a 10% chance 1 ingredient will be saved, add chance, rotate with adding potential charges of teleport items.
  14. Agility: Increase the stat itself, let it affect barbarian fishing every 5x prestiges
  15. Cooking: Food(Tradeable) heals +1/2 HP more and has a fishing tier requirement
  16. Thieving: 1.1x gold
  17. Construction:
  18. Runecrafting: Prestiged runes that increase power of spells by 1.05x
  19. Fletching: All items will be 1.1x more(Imagine a magic bow :O)
  20. Dungeoneering: 1.1x items/effects but requires a 120 dungeoneering prestige
  21. Slayer: 1.1x Loot on task, but not rares
#2 Scaling boss instances
Players will have the option to augment the stats of the boss to receive augmented rares. For example if they choose the 110% boss stats on Armadyl then they will recieve armour with 1.1x the stats. All other loot stays the same and only rare items have the boost. They will be tradeable.

Notes:
  1. all tradeable prestiged items will have (%110) for 1st prestige or (%120) for 2nd prestige attached at the end of them.
  2. All experience is flat throughout the prestiges.
  3. Custom capes for each skill prestige
  4. Infinite combat level
  5. Reaching the end of every prestige will be difficult and the account resets its stat for the next prestige, while able to equip all that stats items. There is a prompt to do so.

So at what level do you prestige at? is it level 99 or 200m xp? Some of it seems very interesting and I would be down to do again for some skills, but how would that affect those with max capes as well too.

So essentially you could be a lvl 3 with max cape, if you are prestige all your skills?
